Hearing Screening: A quick test to determine if you have a treatable loss and could benefit from hearing aids, or may need a referral to other health professionals. It includes Video Otoscoscopy where you see the health of your ear canal.
Comprehensive Hearing Evaluations – We provide the most accurate and comprehensive evaluations available utilizing the most advanced audiometer in the world. Accurate evaluations allow us to fit hearing aids precisely and provide effective counseling for our patients and their family members.
Our exam always includes tests for Air, Bone, and Speech Reception/Discrimination/in Noise, Loudness Discomfort, TENS (dead regions in the cochlea) and Masking, when appropriate.
Precision Fitting – Studies have shown that 75% of all Audiologists and Hearing Aid Specialists cut corners by using Quick Fit in their programming software. We’re the ONLY provider we know of in Beaverton, Oregon who uses Real Ear Measurement and Live Speech Mapping with every patient. The experts all agree that failure to perform these procedures results in incorrectly set instruments 90% of the time.
Custom Ear Molds – are FREE with hearing aid purchase. We specialize in custom ear molds utilizing 3D Digital Scanning. We’re equipped to adjust poorly fit molds purchased elsewhere, so that they’re comfortable and feedback free.
Hearing Aid Repair – We repair all makes and models, and can perform most repairs in house while you wait. In house repairs are almost always FREE or have a nominal parts cost. When we can’t repair aids in our Beaverton, Oregon office, we provide factory repairs at reasonable cost and with quick turn-a-round. We provide FREE Loaner Aids when needed.
Hearing Aid Specification Testing – Concerned you aids are not performing as well as they could? Batteries going dead too fast? We use the amazing Interacoustics Affinity to run tests to ensure your hearing aids are up to specifications.
